would like to complement you, Malc, Mark and the lads on the back up you have given us of late. One thing that is required
on this project is a 'can do attitude' and that has been ably proved by Malc and the lads. Whilst there have
been some long nights spent installing the cables and revisiting area's we have never had a sense of humour failure
or such things as Pet Lips!

whilst writing, I want to mention how impressed I was with the way your guys worked within our live data halls, in particular
with them always ensuring that my work requirements were being met. More often that not, it's a case of people doing a
job how they think it should be done and not how the customer wants it doing, over the duration of the works, this was not
the case.
